Things I’ve seen people selling on the Seoul Subway:
-lint brushes
-cd compilation sets of familiar English songs being sung by unknown people
-battery powered tops with flashing lights
-garment bags
-cd holders
-toothbrushes (packs of four)
Usually it’s a man in a suit who gives a very long speech about the product in question, followed by a demonstration. Of all the above products, the lint brushes sold the best, and the toothbrushes sold the worst.
jef, would you mind picking me up one of those flashing shirts? i’ve been looking everywhere for one of those…
(…that is, assuming you meant a piece of clothing as opposed to a child’s toy…i vote for the shirt.)
